About this rental

Thoughtfully renovated top to bottom with luxury, craftsmanship, and long-term living in mind, this exceptional 4-bedroom, 3 full-bathroom residence offers one of the largest and most usable yards in the community. Unlike a typical rental, this home was meticulously remodeled by its owners for themselves, resulting in a level of quality and attention to detail rarely found in today's lease market. This home wasn't updated simply to attract tenants, this residence was lovingly renovated as the owners' personal home, with every design decision centered around creating a space they planned to enjoy for years. Rich natural materials, Taj Mahal quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, premium Monogram appliances, recessed lighting throughout, and spa-inspired bathrooms create a home that feels warm, refined, and effortlessly livable. The thoughtful floor plan includes a desirable first-floor bedroom and full bathroom, spacious bedrooms with generous closets, abundant storage, an interior side-by-side laundry area, and a tranquil primary suite featuring peaceful canyon views, a walk-in closet, and a beautifully remodeled ensuite. Nearly every major system has been updated, including dual-pane windows, central heating and air conditioning, a new water heater, and modern electrical throughout. The backyard is truly the crown jewel of the property. Designed for entertaining and everyday enjoyment, it features low-maintenance turf, a basketball court with an in-ground hoop, fruit trees, and an expansive covered patio with ceiling fans and lighting, creating the perfect place to dine outdoors, work from home, entertain guests, or simply relax while enjoying exceptional privacy. Located in the highly sought-after Park Village community of Rancho Peñasquitos, residents enjoy access to scenic hiking and biking trails through Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve, neighborhood parks, nearby shopping and dining, and quick access to Interstate 15 and Highway 56. The home is also located within the award-winning Poway Unified School District, including Canyon View Elementary.
