• Analytics and marketing: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings used to improve site usability) when those tools are enabled and you have consented to non-essential cookies. Recordings are processed by Microsoft; form fields are typically masked by Clarity.
• Communications: Records of calls, emails, texts, and consultations related to real estate services.

SMS & text messaging privacy

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in on our website forms, NJV Realty may send you text messages related to your real estate or mortgage inquiry, appointment scheduling, account sign-in verification codes sent to the number on your profile, and follow-up communications you requested or consented to receive. Mobile information, including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent, will NOT be shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer mobile opt-in data. We may share information only with service providers that help us deliver messages (for example, our SMS delivery provider) solely to operate our communications on our behalf, under contractual obligations to protect your information and not use it for their own marketing. Account registration and optional messaging. Creating an account on this website requires agreement to this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, and Fair Housing Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

We collect information you submit through forms, account registration, and website analytics. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Data retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide services, comply with California real estate record-keeping requirements, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Transaction-related records may be retained for periods required by DRE regulations and federal law.

Security

Third-party services

• IDX/MLS data providers for listing information
• Google Calendar appointment scheduling
• Mortgage and title partners (with separate privacy policies)
• Hosting, email, SMS delivery, and analytics providers that process data on our behalf

Service providers may access personal information only to perform services for NJV Realty and are contractually required to protect it. Mobile opt-in data is not provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
