List your home for rent

1. Exclusive authorization

Owner grants Brokerage the exclusive right to advertise, show, and negotiate lease terms for the rental property described in the submission. Owner agrees not to list the same property with another broker or accept a tenant introduced by another broker during the term without Brokerage compensation, except as required by law.

2. Owner representations

Owner represents they have authority to lease the property, will provide accurate rental terms and property condition disclosures, will comply with California fair housing laws and local rent control or tenant protection ordinances where applicable, and will make the property available for showings upon reasonable notice.

3. Marketing & MLS syndication

Brokerage may photograph the property, create marketing materials, and syndicate the listing to MLS/IDX feeds (including CRMLS when connected) and Brokerage marketing channels. Owner authorizes use of property images and descriptions for rental marketing purposes.

4. Compensation

Brokerage compensation for procuring a qualified tenant will be set forth in a separate commission schedule or addendum provided before marketing begins. Owner understands that fees may apply for leasing services, renewals, or property management if separately engaged.

5. Agency & supervision

Jessica Chen Valmores, Responsible Broker, California DRE #02013597 · NMLS #2478325 supervises Brokerage activities. This Agreement does not create a property management relationship unless a separate written property management agreement is executed.

6. Electronic signature

By typing your full legal name and submitting this form, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature for onboarding this rental listing with NJV Realty, subject to Brokerage review and any additional documents required before the property is published.
