Welcome to a truly exceptional Hollywood Hills retreat! This distinctive home boasts a layout that was once two separate units, now seamlessly combined into a spacious and one-of-a-kind living space. This also means there are two main entrances to the home!As you enter through the main entrance up the stairs (second-story walk-up entrance), you're greeted by a traditional living room and full kitchen boasting all new stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, gas range stove, fridge, and microwave), with a bedroom just off to the left. There's a full bathroom with a bathtub on this side of the home. The perfect place for unwinding after a long day... and the place comes equipped with Nest central AC & heating!Back through the living room, you'll continue to find a truly versatile space that can be a second bedroom or something else! But that's not all this residence is part of a unique community with a hands-on approach to green living. There's a garden and urban farm, an initiative lovingly run by the owners.
