About this rental
Welcome to your enchanting new home on Burnside Ave! Located in a gorgeous 1930s French Revival historic building in the heart of Miracle Mile, this very large, top-floor corner 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom is full of vintage character, beautiful natural light, and plenty of space to settle in. Step inside to a spacious living room featuring a delightful faux fireplace: the perfect spot for cozy evenings with a book or a glass of vino. Or venture out onto your private balcony, where twinkle lights on a timer add a little magic to your evenings. Throughout the home, you'll find charming original details, including a built-in linen cabinet, corner storage in the dining room, and an old-school phone ledge that adds just the right touch of nostalgic flair. The formal dining room is wonderful for hosting dinner parties, but it's roomy enough to double beautifully as a home office or creative space. The kitchen features a refrigerator, 4-burner stovetop, new fixtures, plenty of counter space, including the fabulous original tile and washer/dryer hookups for at-home laundry convenience. And the LIGHT! Being both top-floor and a corner unit, the apartment gets fantastic natural light throughout. Both bedrooms are generously sized and can easily accommodate a King-size bed, giving you plenty of room to relax and recharge. The adorable pistachio-tiled bathroom has both a separate shower and bathtub, so you can rinse away the day or soak away your worries not that you'll have many living in this little oasis! The apartment also has two separate entrances, adding an extra level of convenience and privacy. Parking is especially generous for the neighborhood, with garage parking plus additional tandem/storage space available. And then there's the location. You're tucked into a beautiful pocket of Miracle Mile between Hancock Park and Beverly Hills, just half a block from the new Metro subway system, near the El Rey Theatre, a few blocks east of LACMA, and within walking distance of The Grove. Museums, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and some of the best of Los Angeles are all right at your fingertips. Sorry, this is a no-pet property. Tandem parking w/ one inside a single-car garage available for $150/ mo extra.
