About this rental
Behind a private gate on one of the sandiest sections of eastern Broad Beach, this Cape Cod-style estate pairs a wide sandy beach, sweeping ocean views, and the easy going lifestyle that has long made the Broad Beach area one of Malibu's most desirable coastal communities. One of only a few residences tucked behind the gates on this coveted stretch of sand, the property offers a sense of privacy while remaining just across the street from Trancas Country Market and convenient access to Malibu's top amenities. Freshly updated inside and out, the home is designed for both gathering and relaxation. A breezeway entry opens to an inviting courtyard complete with a flagstone fireplace, lounge seating, and a covered spa with a waterfall feature. Framed by sand dunes and the Pacific beyond, the oceanfront side of the property opens to a beachfront deck with a fire pit, barbecue, outdoor dining areas, and direct access to the beach. Inside the main residence, light-toned wood floors, abundant natural light, and ocean views create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The country-style kitchen serves as the heart of the home, connecting seamlessly to the family, dining, and living spaces, while a separate media and game room adds flexibility for entertaining and hosting guests. Upstairs, three bedrooms each enjoy balcony access, including a spacious primary suite with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, sitting area, spa-inspired bath, custom closets, and a private oceanfront balcony. Complementing the main residence is a separate guest house featuring two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, living room with fireplace, and dedicated gym area, providing comfortable accommodations for guests, extended family, or staff. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower and a three-car garage. Available long-term, or for a summer lease at $75,000 per month for June and September, and $95,000 per month for July and August.
