User data deletion

NJV Realty ("NJV Realty") respects your right to request deletion of personal information associated with our website and services, including accounts created with Sign in with Facebook / Meta, Google, Apple, or email.

Delete in the NJV Realty iOS app (recommended)

If you created an account in the NJV Realty iOS app, you can permanently delete it in the app without emailing us:

  1. Open the app and sign in
  2. Go to Account
  3. Tap Delete account permanently
  4. Confirm the two prompts to complete deletion

This permanently deletes your account (it is not a temporary deactivation). Cloud profile data and saved homes tied to your account are removed. Limited brokerage records may be anonymized and retained when required by law.

Delete on the website

Signed-in clients can also delete from the website dashboard account page, or email us from the address on your account (or the email linked to your Meta login):

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Email address used with NJV Realty
  • Phone number on the account (if any)
  • Whether you used Facebook/Meta, Google, Apple, or email to sign in

What we delete

Upon a verified request, we delete or anonymize personal data we control, including:

  • Account profile (name, email, phone)
  • Saved homes, search preferences, and in-app account settings where applicable
  • Consent and marketing preferences tied to that account
  • Data received from Meta Login (such as name and email provided at sign-in), to the extent stored by us

What we may retain

We may retain limited information when required by law or legitimate business needs (for example, real estate transaction records, fraud prevention, or tax obligations). We will not use retained data for marketing.

Timing

We aim to confirm receipt within a few business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request, unless a longer period is required by law.

Facebook / Meta Login

Removing NJV Realty from your Facebook settings stops future login sharing from Meta. To also delete data already stored by NJV Realty, send the email request above. You can manage apps connected to Facebook in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.
